South East Service Directory

About & accessibility
The directory brings practical service information into one place: what a service provides, who it is for, how to access it, how to contact it and when the information was last checked.
Before using a listing
Service information can change. Confirm important details directly with the provider before travelling, especially hours, eligibility, appointments and access requirements.
Correct, add or update a service
Use one directory form to report incorrect information, suggest a service that is not listed or ask for a provider listing to be reviewed. Submissions are checked before anything is changed. Do not submit client, case or other identifying information.
Open directory update formMap locations
The map only shows reviewed physical service locations. Phone, online, outreach and referral-only services remain available in List view.
Saved items
Saved services, saved searches and recent activity are stored in this browser on this device. They can disappear if browser storage is cleared or unavailable.
Community and Professionals views
Community view uses simpler, access-first wording. Professionals view adds referral-focused detail. Both use the same maintained service records.
Accessibility
The directory includes keyboard focus states, reduced-motion support, screen-reader labels and a complete List view that does not depend on the map. These features are part of release testing; the directory does not claim formal accessibility certification.
Emergency support
This directory helps people find services; it is not an emergency-response service. In an emergency in Australia, call 000.
